As a coach, my role is to facilitate the thinking process, guide you by asking some difficult questions that allow you to assess your situation. One of the most gratifying aspects of my role is working with you to drive at the best decisions for your growth and development.
Ultimately, the process is about empowering you to clearly articulate your goals and put words into action.
Building trust is crucial to an open but challenging approach. I help facilitate your own thinking to ensure that you can achieve your goals and I don’t use a cookie-cutter approach. Our journey together will be as unique as you are. I have nearly 30 years work experience across various fields and sectors, including finance, marketing and business strategy. I have changed careers along the way and have worked in
different industries, including FMCG, telecoms, broadcast and NGOs. In my life I have embraced change in my career and my life as a whole. I have always found change to present opportunity. Probably my most valuable experience in the value of perspectives comes from being mom to three children – I have a millennial daughter, a teen and toddler.
