There is little doubt about the value of coaching, but it is not always easily accessible. To ensure that coaching is easier to access, I have decided to offer group coaching.

I have been part of a group coaching programme and found it incredibly valuable. Researchers define group coaching as a powerful and effective coaching technique for working with people to improve their health, wellbeing, personal strengths, self-efficacy, leadership qualities, team building, and beyond (Armstrong et al., 2013; McDowall & Butterworth, 2014).

Group Sessions can be paid for  monthly @ R1650, or by once off payments @ R9850 which include 1 x My Career Journal. Please choose your options below.

Group Coaching Sessions

There is little doubt about the value of coaching, but it is not always easily accessible. To ensure that coaching is easier to access, I have decided to offer group coaching.
I have been part of a group coaching programme and found it incredibly valuable. Researchers define group coaching as a powerful and effective coaching technique for working with people to improve their health, wellbeing, personal strengths, self-efficacy, leadership qualities, team building, and beyond (Armstrong et al., 2013; McDowall & Butterworth, 2014).

What I enjoyed most about the experience was that:

– Other members of the group contributed to my learning and provided different perspectives on the topics
– I had a sense of comfort knowing that other people were going through the same things
– I had accountability partners
– The coach was accessible at a lower cost than individual sessions
– Trust and friendships were created among the group members

What a group looks like:

– Each group will have at least 5 members and no more than 10 people.
– Sessions will be face-to-face (Covid-permitting) and online
– Meetings to held once a month, for a 6-month period.
– The first meeting will be 3 hours long and each monthly meeting will be scheduled for 2 hours
– Worksheets/workbooks/relevant tools will be provided
– Group sessions will tackle case studies and engage some visiting experts or individuals with valuable experiences to share
– Members can withdraw from the coaching group at any time, in which case the fee will revert to my individual coaching rate for the sessions already attended.
– The fee will be R1,650 per month or R9,850 once off including 1 My Career Journal.

– You feel your team is not taking you seriously
– You have a team, but you seem to be doing all the work
– You are now managing people that used to be your colleagues

– Explore different possibilities in terms of transferable skills, industries, etc
– Identify which steps need to be taken to move forward
– Get tools to assist you explore this journey

When: Every 3rd Saturday of every month: 09h00 – 11h00

5. Corporate to Business Transition

– Have you been threatening to leave corporate and start your business?
– You believe that entrepreneurship is definitely what you want to explore but not sure where to start
– You know which business you want to pursue but need assistance with crystallising your plan and getting mental support
